Hello, i have purchased a land 3 years ago and from then i am trying to get it survayed multiple times.everytime neighbour farmers object for survey with out any documents and everytime, they encroach some portion. now situation has turned violance,harassment and physical assault. Local police/MRO/Collector failed to give relief. Regarding the same, i have all clear title, even revenue dept has given a letter stating i am the right ful owner. Now under article 226, i am trying to apply for permanent injunction order with requesting directions to revenue and police dept for conducting the survey & provide protection during and after fencing.also to direct the police to take necessary actions about the complaint.
- Is there any other thing i need to ask?
2.How much does it cost in AP High court, How does the court fees calculated? is it based on the number of the Govt respondants added? right now i am considering State principle secretary, collector,RDO,MRO,VRO, SP,DSP,CI,SI as govt parties and other neighbour farmers as private parties.
3.if applied how much time it takes to get injunction order?
4.Is there any way to get it done with the help of Legal AID?
