This aspect to be verified by the Registry\u201d, the bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Dinesh Maheshwari said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A division bench of Patna High Court on January 28, 2018, dismissed an appeal filed by the State Government challenging the order of a single judge quashing an order of the Government ending the engagement of one Raj Kumar Yadav as a Chowkidar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The single judge had directed the State Government to consider petitioner for regularization in the work-charged establishment under the respondents.
