The plea also stated that \u201cthis act (deportation) would also be in contradiction with the Principle of Non-Refoulement, which has been widely recognized as a principle of Customary International Law\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; background: none 0px 0px repeat scroll transparent; border: 0px none; font-size: 17px; margin: 0px; outline: none 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 30px; color: #3e3e3e; font-family: 'Droid Serif', sans-serif;\">The Principle of Non-Refoulement prohibits states from sending back refugees to a country where their life may be in danger.
