But in an interim order he was later allowed to contest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-size: 16px; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">The FIR which was filed in 2014 under section 608 (culpable homicide) among others by a student of Delhi University who has alleged assault by Tussed in the complaint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-size: 16px; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">This information was brought to light by the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad\u2019s (ABVP) candidate Rajat Chaudhary who lost the elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-size: 16px; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">&#8220;It is very serious. It is concealment,&#8221; Justice Indermeet Kaur said while issuing a notice to Tuseed and Delhi University on an impleadment application filed by Chaudhary.<\/p>\n<div id=\"zdt_display_placeholder_364488\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"inarticle_wrapper_div\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-size: 16px; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">The application was filed in a pending petition by Tuseed in which he has challenged the Delhi University (DU) Election Commission&#8217;s order rejecting his nomination for the polls on the grounds of disciplinary action. Tuseed has to respond to the plea by November 15th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-size: 16px; color: #000000; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">However, the NSUI in their defense has stated this as a \u2018misuse of government machinery\u2019 saying \u201cNSUI will not bow down to fascist forces who are misusing government machinery to malign its image. We have complete confidence in the judiciary.
