Sanjeevani Park Project: A Haven Turned Nightmare Amid Land Mafia Threats

In the picturesque landscape of Ranchi, Jharkhand, the Sanjeevani Park Project was meant to be a sanctuary for homeowners seeking solace in their own piece of land. However, what should have been a haven has now become a nightmare for plot owners, ensnared in a web of threats and intimidation orchestrated by local land mafia.

The project, owned by Gopal Sharan, son of Sri Sahdeo Lal, and developed by Anamika Nandy from Sanjeevani Buildcon, was envisioned to offer a tranquil abode in Chuttu Panchayat, Anchal Kanke. But the dream has turned sour due to the involvement of unscrupulous elements like Hasan and Rasid, among others, who operate under the cloak of darkness, preying on innocent plot owners.

Plot buyers, lured by the promise of a better future, now find themselves trapped in a quagmire of deceit and coercion. The land mafia, taking advantage of the situation, misguides them into selling their plots at dirt-cheap prices, exploiting their vulnerability and desperation.

The plight of the plot owners is exacerbated by the destruction wrought by the land mafia whenever they attempt to secure their property by erecting walls around their plots. These acts of vandalism not only destroy physical structures but also shatter the hopes and dreams of those who invested their savings in the project.

Located in Oyna Village, also known as Oina, the project has become a battleground where the struggle for justice unfolds daily. Despite their best efforts, plot owners have found little reprieve, prompting them to turn to the authorities for help.

Reports have been lodged with the local police in Thana Number 46, Pithoria, Chandey, detailing the systematic intimidation and destruction of property orchestrated by the land mafia. However, justice remains elusive as the perpetrators continue to operate with impunity.

In the face of adversity, plot owners remain resilient, determined to reclaim their rights and restore peace to Sanjeevani Park. They refuse to be cowed by the nefarious tactics of the land mafia and vow to fight until justice is served.

As the saga unfolds, it serves as a stark reminder of the pervasive influence of corruption and greed. The dreams of countless individuals lie in tatters, overshadowed by the specter of intimidation and exploitation that looms large over the Sanjeevani Park Project.

In the pursuit of justice, let the voices of the oppressed be heard, and let the perpetrators of this injustice be brought to account. Only then can the promise of a brighter future be realized for all those who call Sanjeevani Park their home.
