Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday dismissed the appeals of former minister D.K. Shivakumar and three others, who had challenged the order of a single-judge bench dismissing their plea questioning the ED summons against them in a money laundering case.

The division bench, headed by Chief Justice A.S. Oka, upheld the single-judge bench order, and cited that the appeals filed by Mr Shivakumar and three others are maintainable since the single judge has passed the orders on their plea by invoking Section 482 of the CrPC.
